Welcome
At St. Margaret’s, we believe in the power of community — where all are welcomed, valued, and supported on their spiritual journey. As we continue to grow, we invite you to be part of something special: a vibrant congregation committed to living out the love and teachings of Christ. Whether you’re new to the area, seeking a deeper connection, or looking for a place where you truly belong, we would love to welcome you.
As an Episcopal church, we strive to be a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone—regardless of background, experience, or identity—can come as they are and find a home. We are committed to fostering an environment where all individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Through our worship, service, and fellowship, we seek to reflect the love of Christ, who calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves.
We are dedicated to promoting social justice, reconciliation, and equality, both within our church and in the broader community. We stand with those who are marginalized and oppressed and work to create a world where all people are treated with fairness and respect.
Eucharist services are conducted every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome.

Petition to Oppose ICE facility in Chester, NY
Congressman Pat Ryan has created a petition to oppose the conversion of an industrial park warehouse in Chester, NY turned into an ICE processing facility.
“As a nation, we're seeing what happens when ICE comes into communities - most recently in Minneapolis where an ICE officer shot and killed an unarmed civilian.” - Pat Ryan
On Monday night (1/12), St. Margaret’s, alongside the Episcopal Diocese of New York, held a vigil for Renee Good, the civilian murdered by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. It gave our community the opportunity to mourn, lament, and pray for justice—emphasizing solidarity against ICE violence while supporting vulnerable immigrant communities.
ICE facilities are notorious for inhumane conditions and civil rights violations. ICE acting director Todd Lyons said his goal for his new ICE facilities is for them to be "like Amazon Prime, but with human beings.
Please take a moment to let your concerns be heard and let’s join together to protect our communities. Sign Petition Here.
IN MEMORY OF FR. FRANK ALAGNA
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Fr. Frank Alagna, a devoted priest and tireless advocate for justice. Fr. Frank had a long and meaningful history with St. Margaret’s Church and was a pillar of the Hudson Valley community for decades. As a founding member of the Ulster Immigrant Defense Network, he worked tirelessly to support and uplift immigrants and marginalized populations. His ministry and grassroots work were inseparable—through that union, he touched countless lives and inspired generations of parishioners and neighbors alike. Fr. Frank’s compassion, dedication, and unwavering faith will be deeply missed for years to come.
